Won't let me comment but lol I didn't say I don't disapline K I just feel like that's all I do, she is actually one of the best mannered kids you'll find lol I will not let her be anything but well manered and behaved, she is s 5 year old that knows the word consequences ;o)

I get what you mean. Sometimes after being on M's ass all day @ school, the last thing I want to do is be bitching at her at home. Ha I dont want to hear myself, so Im sure she doesnt either. But in Spet I will b in the same boat with limited time and I am sad about it as well :o(
The way I think about it is that all kids have "pull your hair out" days. Days that they simply want to push the limits and see how far they can take things. Parents have to be MORE determined than the kids to show them that you aren't going to get away with anything just because you throw the entire kitchen sink at us.
With my oldest, I don't have to be as hard on her because she's already shown me that she's learned lessons (not that she still doesn't have new ones to learn), but I don't have to stay "on" her all the time. So you can let up on them later when you see they "get it".
Now my middle daughter...whoooo...I blogged today about her. I really don't know what to do about her at this point.
